As far as what I know about the Vikings, I've been a fan since I knew what football was. When you decide to like a sport, you have to pick a team to root for. My dad was and is a Vikings fan so that's what I went with. I didn't truly get into football (as in go crazy), until about 2010. The video game Madden helped with that. My addiction to Madden is almost as intense as my addiction to the Minnesota Vikings (my understanding of what is real and what is fake is just clear enough to keep the balance shifted towards reality). My hours of Madden have led me to remember hundreds of players, their positions, heights, weights, and style of play.
Yet that doesn't lend itself to critiquing players, drafts, coaches, and front office personnel. For that, I do a lot of reading, predominantly bleacherreport, ESPN, and nfl.com. I also am not an expert on formations and player assignments, such as what the strongside linebacker is supposed to do in a cover 2, but I'm learning. I had so many thoughts and opinions about the Vikings that I finally decided I would put it all down.
I won't be setting myself to a schedule as to when I post new content, hence the title. If you would like to see a post on a certain topic, please let me know. If it piques my interest as well, I'll be certain to include it.
